Keystone DCS is a local developer, builder, and general contractor serving Southern California for over 15 years. We specialize in quality new builds, renovations, and services for all project scopes and sizes, including single-family homes, multifamily, ADUs, custom homes, and commercial developments.
Our services include in-house Architectural services for design, incorporating, & maintaining your creative vision, as well as handle all Entitlement procedures and documentation for you throughout the entire process.
Keystone DCS also offers a dedicated Engineering team and specialists during building, ensuring that all procedures adhere to local codes and building guidelines.
History
2010
Heritage Homes begins as a developer investing in their first community, Lauren Circle.
2012
Heritage Homes builds its second set of communities, Magnolia & Lotus Villas.
2012
Heritage Homes obtains its general contractors license A & B.
2015
Heritage Homes combines its development and building departments to become Keystone DCS.
2019
Keystone Coastal is formed, with specialized custom projects in Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Balboa Island, and more.
2022
Keystone partners with Real Capital Inc. to form Key Partners with the large acquisition of the Los Cab Sports Village.
2024
Keystone partners with DMS and ACONS to form Key A&E.
